(*) up to 35 years old or Phd Candidate. Presentation of one (1) paper.

Registration Fees include the presentation of two (2) papers at most for Senior Participants and one (1) paper for Young Investigators, a copy of the book of abstracts and a copy of proceedings, as well as, welcome reception, coffee breaks and lunches. Please note that the amount must be deposited in a whole, without any deduction for bank charges.

Authors (Senior Participants or Young Investigators) must pay their registration fees before 31st March, 2013, in order their papers to be included in the Book of Abstracts and the Congress Procceedings.

To qualify for reduced registration fees, an official document is required certifying the status of the participant. For students is required a scanned copy of the student card or official letter (preferable) from the University Secretariat. For Young Investigator is required a scanned copy of the ID card or passport.

The cost of the Congress Dinner (€50 per person), as well as of any other activities (excursions) will be paid on site for participants who have not paid it through the registration form.

All payments can be made in advance by credit card or Bank Transfer/Wire Transfer Banking to the following bank account notifying the Paper Ref. No. of your paper/s you want to present and your Name. The Ref. No. is mentioned in the Acceptance Confirmation Letter and is unique for each paper.

Send by e-mail or fax the receipt of bank payment and the appropriate documents in order to qualify for a reduced fee.

For credit cards payments is preferable the on-line secure credit card e-payment system. Please follow the link.

In the case of the offline credit card payment, please fill in all the relevant information in the given registration form, sign it and send it by fax (++30 28210 37486) or by post (Technical University of Crete, Department of Production Engineering & Management, GR-73100 CHANIA, Greece/ Att. to. Mrs Maria Bakatsaki). For security reasons, avoid sending your credit card CVV by e-mail.

Refund Policy

No refund policy is allowed for authors. If needed they can nominate another person to present their paper.

For non authors there is a cancellation policy, according to which the deposited amount will be reduced by 20% and will by valid only if it is submitted a cancellation letter to the Congress Secretariat prior the 1st May, 2013.
